School Street and Eleven Oaks Elementary are in the bottom third of the postcard; Mt. Calvary Baptist sits in the bottom left corner of the card; a few other houses along Chain Bridge Road mark where other members of the Black Community lived. Postcard is labeled: “COMMONWEALTH DOCTORS HOSPITAL 4215 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, Va. 22020. A new proprietary modern facility owned by the public, bought with private initiative, in response to the growing health need of the Northern Virginia Community.”
