Letter from John Finley, Director of GMC, to Howard Rogerson of the US Commission on Civil Rights responding to their previous correspondence about the admission status of GMC in regards to race. Finley states that GMC is not segregated however the college has yet to have a Black student as of 12/4/1963 when the letter was written.
Finley states that the school does not take the same effort to recruit Black high school students as it does white ones. However, they note that no qualified Black applicant would be denied admission.
