Description

This is a “Bench Design & Signature Form” for the student organization “Engineers for International Development.” Instructions for applying organizations are listed under the form heading. The next portion of the application has three sections for organizations to illustrate a bench design: “BACK REST/FRONT VIEW,” “SEAT VIEW,” and “BACK REST/BACK VIEW.” The image depicts three hand drawn sketches of different views of the organization’s bench. Back Rest/Front View: This view is divided into three equal horizontal sections that appear to depict the work done by engineers such as flying a plane in the sky, building a bridge on the ground, and installing underground pipes. The top section is light blue with “Engineers” written in white cloud-like text. The middle section has a green background with brown pillars on the left and right sides. Inside the left pillar “For” is written in white text. Between the brown pillars is a white arch with “International” written in brown letters. The bottom section has a tan or light brown background. White pipes with black lines create an elongated z-pattern on both sides of the image and meet in the middle where “Development” is written in black text.
Seat View: This view has a brown background and is divided into three horizontal sections. The left side of the top section has a flag with two blue horizontal stripes and a white horizontal stripe in between them. “2016” is listed below the flag in white. In the center of this view “Helping Others” is written in black text and the right side depicts another flag made up of three horizontal stripes in yellow, blue, and red colors. The year “2019” is written beneath the flag in white letters. In the middle of this section “Through Engineering” is written in black letters. The bottom section, like the top, is flanked with two flags. On the left side is a flag with two red vertical stripes and white stripe in the center. “2010” is written beneath the flag in white. The organizations website “EFIDATGMU.COM” is written in black letters in the center. To the right is a flag with two blue horizontal stripes and a white horizontal stripe in between with blue specks. “2012” is written beneath the flag in white.
Back Rest/Back View: This view is divided into three equal horizonal sections. The top section is blue, the middle section has a green background, brown pillars on the left and right sides, and a white arch connecting the brown pillars. The bottom section is brown.

Below the design portion there are three categories of requested organization information: “Organization President Signature,” “Date,” and “Print Name.” The organization president hand signed the application. The date is listed as “3/21/2023,” and the print name is “Camile Fulton.”

The last section lists “Drawing guidelines” for the organization applying.
