Description

This is a “Bench Design & Signature Form” for the student organization “French Club.” Instructions for applying organizations are listed under the form heading. In the top section, from left to right, “France” “Belique” “Côte d’Ivore” and “Algérie” are written in black letters and separated by black dots. In the middle section, from left to right, “Niger” “Acadie” “Québec” “Haiti” and “Togo” are written in black letters separated by black dots. The bottom section, from left to right, has “321 million speakers ~ 29 countries” written in black letters.
Back Rest/Back View: This view is divided into three equal horizontal sections. It is also divided into three vertical sections from left to right to depict the French flag, with the left-most having a blue background, the center having a white background and the right-most section having a red background. Within the middle horizontal section, from left to right, are “Liberté,” “Egalité” and “Fraternité” written in black cursive letters.

Below the design portion there are three categories of requested organization information: “Organization President Signature,” “Date,” and “Print Name.” The organization president hand signed the application. The date is listed as “3/21/23,” and the print name is “McKenzie Pochiro.”

The last section lists “Drawing guidelines” for the organization applying.
