Description

This is a “Bench Design & Signature Form” for the student organization “George Mason Club Archery.” Instructions for applying organizations are listed under the form heading. Seat View: This view is divided into three equal horizontal sections. The background colors for this view are also yellow, red, blue, black, and white. The top section is divided in half, with the top being yellow and the bottom red. In the top left and right corners of this section are hand drawn bows and arrows that extend into the middle section and point toward the center. Across the top and middle sections “Archery” is written in black letters with the “A” in archery doubling as a bow and arrow. The background of the middle section is horizontally colored red, blue, and black, with the black extending halfway into the bottom section. Below the black background are two black arrows against a white background. The arrows face one another and meet in the center.
Back Rest/Back View: This view is divided into three equal horizontal sections. The background colors for this view are ordered, from top to bottom, white, black, blue, red, and yellow. The top section is divided in half with a white background at the top and black beneath. The middle section has black at the top, blue beneath it and red at the bottom. The bottom section is divided in half, with red at the top and yellow beneath.

Below the design portion there are three categories of requested organization information: “Organization President Signature,” “Date,” and “Print Name.” The organization president hand signed the application. The date is listed as “3/21/23,” and the print name is “Nicholas Ferguson.”

The last section lists “Drawing guidelines” for the organization applying.
