Description

This is a “Bench Design & Signature Form” for the student organization “Girls Who Code at GMU.” Instructions for applying organizations are listed under the form heading. The next portion of the application has three sections for organizations to illustrate a bench design: “BACK REST/FRONT VIEW,” “SEAT VIEW,” and “BACK REST/BACK VIEW.” The image depicts three hand drawn sketches of different views of the organization’s bench. In the bottom section, a green oval with “I claim this energy” written in white sits within the center of the pink rectangle. At the right border of the pink rectangle is a small flower in light pink.
Seat View: This view is divided into three equal horizontal sections. The background is divided in half diagonally across the three sections with a white background at the top and green across the bottom half. In the top section at the far left, “educate, equip, inspire” are written above “learn, destress, network” in green letters. In the middle section at the far left “follow @gmugwc on IG” is written in pink letters. At the far right, “girls who” is written in cursive white letter over a green background. In the bottom section at the far right, “code” is written in white block letters against a green background.
Back Rest/Back View: This view is divided into three equal horizontal sections. In the top section, the left corner has two small flowers, each in a different shade of pink. At the far right are three pink squiggle lines. The middle section has “Alone we can do so little;” written in green letters against a white background with a small light pink flower to the right that extends into the bottom section. Across the bottom, “together we can do so much” is written in green letters.

Below the design portion there are three categories of requested organization information: “Organization President Signature,” “Date,” and “Print Name.” The organization president hand signed the application. The date is listed as “3/24/2023,” and the print name is “Yixuan Cheng.”

The last section lists “Drawing guidelines” for the organization applying.
