Description

The scanned document displays a “Bench Design & Signature Form” completed by the student organization, Book Buzz. All three of the panels displaying the proposed bench design have a blue background with black text. This application also does not include a “Drawing guidelines” section at the bottom, just a note about the April 1st deadline and how to submit the form.
The “Back Rest/Front View” of the proposed design features the organization’s misspelled name in the center of the panel in a layered text-style, “Book Bozz.” On each side of the text is an open book with black scribbles on top of white pages and pink borders. The panel also features two illustrated yellow and black bumblebees with black squiggles following them to illustrate the bees’ movement.
The “Seat View” panel has eight multicolored flowers in yellow and pink that spread out in different positions across the panel.
The “Back Rest/Back View” portion of the proposed design features the bottom of the panel being covered in an illustration of lined-up multicolored book spines of pink, green, pale pink, and purple. Eight pink flowers are sprouting from the top of some of the book spines. The design also displays three illustrated black and yellow bumblebees with black squiggles following them to illustrate the bees’ movement.

Note on condition of scanned document: The contrast and saturation of the colors of the scanned document are different than the original document.
