George Mason University’s Student Government President, Rick Phillips, published an article detailing what the group plans to accomplish that academic year (1989-1990). Their first pledge is to continue creating new traditions for George Mason University since Patriots Day, Mason Day, and Patriots Ball have transitioned into traditions.
