Letter from Walter White to E.B. Henderson, with the executive authorization of the Falls Church Branch. In the letter Mr. White gives suggestions on how to approach their first meeting as a branch of the NAACP, including two to three speakers, and a few short musical numbers, along with providing some literature for their new branch. White also notes that following the vote for creating this branch - comprised of 35 members - the NAACP changed the minimum membership requirement to 50 members going forward.
